Free Karaoke – Service Return & Cancellation Policy

At Free Karaoke, we’re committed to delivering an outstanding entertainment experience. Because we provide services rather than physical products, our return policy is focused on cancellations, rescheduling, and service satisfaction.

🎤 Cancellations & Refunds

For Events, Bookings, or Private Sessions:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made 24–48 hours in advance may be eligible for a 50% refund or credit.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

🔁 Rescheduling

We understand plans change. You may reschedule your session:

• At least 24 hours in advance, at no additional cost.

• Rescheduling requests within 24 hours are not guaranteed and may incur a fee.

💸 Refunds for Service Issues

If you experience a problem with your karaoke session or service:

• Please contact us within 24 hours of the service date.

• We may offer a partial refund, credit, or reschedule, depending on the nature of the issue.

• Refunds are not guaranteed for dissatisfaction caused by venue issues, guest behavior, or other third-party factors beyond our control.
